Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Sarasota, FL
Ten, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard roll-offs on flat-rate pricing, delivered same day or next day across Sarasota and Manatee counties from our yard near the airport. Next-day swaps, protection boards standard.
This is the overview page. Everything else on the site is a version of what follows: five container sizes — 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard — on flat-rate pricing, delivered where you need them and pulled when you are done. Flat rate means the number we quote is the number, with the haul, the disposal within a stated weight allowance and a set rental period included, rather than a low headline figure that grows on the invoice. If a load goes over weight, we tell you the rate before you fill it.
Delivery runs from our yard at 6805 33rd St E, just north of University Parkway on the Manatee County side, near the Sarasota-Bradenton airport. That location is deliberate. From there we cover Sarasota and Manatee every day — downtown Sarasota, Gulf Gate, Palmer Ranch, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, North Port, Englewood, Parrish, Ellenton, Bradenton and Palmetto — plus Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key and Casey Key. The service area page lists it all.
Two counties means two rulebooks. Sarasota County and Manatee County run separate permitting and solid waste systems, and the City of Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Longboat Key, Bradenton and Palmetto are separate again. A container on your own driveway almost never needs a permit; one in the street usually does, and which office you call depends on the address. We know which is which, and the permit guide spells it out address by address.
What A Flat-Rate Roll-Off Rental Includes
Delivery And Pickup
Set where you want it, pulled when you call. Protection boards go under the rails on every set, and we photograph the position and the surface before and after the container sits there.
A Stated Weight Allowance
Every size carries a tonnage allowance built into the flat rate. We tell you what it is up front and what the overage rate is, so a heavy load never turns into a surprise.
A Set Rental Period
You get a defined number of days, not a vague until we need it back. Need longer for a phased remodel or a condo project, tell us at booking and we will extend it.
Same-Day And Next-Day Delivery
Call before the afternoon cut-off and same day is often possible. Next day is the reliable commitment, and in season and after storms it is the honest answer more often than not.
Next-Day Swap-Outs
Full container out, empty one in, usually the following morning. Builders and roofers running steady volume get a standing swap day so nobody has to phone in the first place.
Five Sizes, Not Two
Ten through 40 yard means we can match the container to the debris rather than to what happens to be on the truck, which matters most on dense loads and tight driveways.
Sizing Help On The Phone
Describe the job in rooms, squares or pickup loads and we will size it. Thirty seconds of conversation prevents the second most common complaint in this trade, the box that is too small.
Two Counties Covered Daily
Sarasota and Manatee both, from Longboat Key to North Port and out to Parrish and Ellenton. One call, one account, whichever side of the county line the job sits on.
Which Of The Five Sizes You Actually Need
The 15 yard is the household workhorse — a garage and a shed together, a single-layer shingle roof, a bathroom gut. The 20 yard is the most-ordered container on the Suncoast and suits a large cleanout, a kitchen remodel or a jobsite with limited room. The 30 yard is the standard construction box for framing, drywall and general mixed debris, and it keeps swap counts down on a busy lot. The 40 yard is for bulky, light volume — a full interior gut, a warehouse clearout, a commercial fit-out where the problem is cubic feet rather than tonnage. The 10 yard exists purely for weight: concrete, block, roofing tile, terrazzo, dirt. Dense material reaches legal haul weight while the container still looks half empty, and no amount of extra steel changes that arithmetic. When two sizes look plausible, describe the job and let us pick.

Single-room remodels, shingle tear-offs to about 20 squares, condo clear-outs.

The most useful call takes about a minute. Tell us three things. What is going in — household clutter, roofing tile, concrete, yard debris, a mixed remodel — because material decides weight before volume does. How much, in terms you can actually judge: rooms, squares of roof and layers, or how many pickup loads it looks like standing in the driveway. And where it goes: concrete drive, paver drive, shell, grass, street, or a condo lot where the board has to approve placement. Add the access details you already know — a short drive on Siesta Key, a low live oak limb, a gate code, a narrow turnaround — and we will send the right truck the first time. Then check the size guide or just call and we will talk it through.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental FAQs
What areas do you deliver to from your Sarasota yard?
All of Sarasota and Manatee counties, every day. From the yard just north of University Parkway near the airport we run downtown Sarasota, Gulf Gate, Palmer Ranch, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, North Port, Englewood, Parrish, Ellenton, Bradenton and Palmetto, plus Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key and Casey Key. Barrier island runs take longer because of causeway traffic, so book those with a little more notice than a mainland drop.
Do I need a permit, and who do I ask?
On your own driveway or private property, almost never. In a street, alley or right-of-way, usually yes, and the office depends on the address. Sarasota County and Manatee County run separate systems, and the City of Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Longboat Key, Bradenton and Palmetto are separate again. We will tell you which applies to your address, and you should confirm the current requirement with that office.
How long can I keep the container?
A set rental period comes with the flat rate, and for most household and remodel work it is more than enough. Phased jobs, condo repair projects and anything waiting on an inspection often need longer, so say so at booking and we will build it in rather than surprising you later. Associations and 55+ communities sometimes cap how many days a container may sit, and that limit usually beats ours, so check the community rule too.
What cannot go in a roll-off?
No liquid paint, solvents, pesticides, fuel, motor oil, batteries, tires, propane cylinders, refrigerant-bearing appliances, or anything containing asbestos. Household chemicals belong at a Sarasota County or Manatee County hazardous waste drop-off, and electronics go to a recycler. Vegetative debris rides as a separate clean load, never mixed. Our acceptance guide has the detail, and facility rules do change, so ask when you book if something is borderline.
Can you swap a full container without me losing a day?
Yes. Next-day swap is the standard, and same day happens often enough when the yard has a truck free and your site is already on a route. Builders and roofers with steady volume get a standing swap day so it runs without a phone call. The two times to plan ahead are the weeks after a named storm and the snowbird shoulder season, when the whole region books out and honest scheduling beats optimistic scheduling.
