Down Lockwood Ridge or Honore from the yard and onto Fruitville Road, or straight off I-75 at exit 210 when the truck is coming from the north. Fifteen to twenty minutes. Fruitville Road backs up at commute hours near the interstate and around the schools, so morning windows hold better. Give us the cross street, the drive surface and the length of the approach, tell us about any low oak limb at the west end, and flag the septic drain field and well head if the parcel is rural — those three things decide the placement before we ever arrive.
